How Can I Apply?

Please note that you must complete all of the steps below in order for your application to be considered.

• Request an application form from your school principal, counselor or YLF contact person, or fill out the application here and print it.
• Fill it out completely, have it signed by the YLF contact person at your school and return it to the Youth Leadership Forum office by September 15.
• Give one reference form to a teacher, counselor, advisor or the principal at your current school. Give the second one to another adult who knows you well, other than a parent or relative. Return these with your completed application.
• Print out the info sheet and review the program calendar to make sure that you can comply with the attendance requirements.
